Q&A
Subject: Neck Loops
From: Eric
Hello my name is Eric and I am inquiring about a new system that fits around my neck where I would have turn on my hearing aid on to " T ". This system would be plugged into a walkman and I would be able to hear the music in my hearing aid. I do not know what it is called, but I would like some information on the product if you have it or if you know of it. Thank you for your time please write back soon. Sincerely Eric
Dear Eric,
Those systems are not so very new. They are called neck loops. They are an accessory for personal listening systems available through your audiologist or hearing aid dispenser. Sometimes they are part of an FM system. Find an audiologist near you that sells "Assistive Listening Devices" and ask about neck loops. Solveig
