Do you have any devices to help one better hear his/her voice while speaking. Something to help normal hearing people practice speech.

Yes, it is really very easy. Anything which plugs your ear canal will make your own voice sound more prominent. A finger in your ear while you practice or the use of an ear plug (such as one of the squishable foam plugs) will make your voice seem louder when you speak. Give it a try!
